ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT IS USED OR WASHED OR HAS
CUSTOM EMBROIDERY.
Customer is encouraged to try washing, drying and
using 1 - 2 towels first before washing entire order. Customer
is fully responsible for following any directions for Wash and
Care. Please use mild detergents and low drying heat where possible
for even longer-lasting quality.
RETURN POLICY - 1 week limit
All returns are accepted within 1 week once
the order is received (weekends included). Please contact us for a
RETURN AUTHORIZATION stating the reason, including your name, address and
telephone number. Personalized items with custom embroidery cannot
be returned. The product must be in original package and salable condition. There will be a 15% RESTOCKING FEE to all
returns, whether it's for a refund or an exchange. Customer is
responsible for ALL shipping charges involved.
DEFECT CLAIMS - 1 week limit
Please note that our products
are not guaranteed to last forever
as they are nondurable and have a limited life with the wash and use of any
such products. Since everyone's definition of a manufacturer's
defect varies, we can only honor them if our testing facilities find it to
be genuine. We will first need to test a sample to ensure the
credibility of such claims. Defective cases are rare and unexpected
due to the extremely high standards of production. Customer is fully
responsible for following the appropriate wash/care methods.
If the return qualifies as a genuine manufacturer's defect,
a full refund will be issued or an exchange made on the defective
product(s) ONLY, once returned, provided the claim is made within
1 week of receiving shipment. Customer is
responsible for ALL shipping charges involved.
