Our 86% cotton, 14% polyester Oxford Super Blend towels give the best value for today's budget-conscious buyers.  They feature a long-staple cotton fiber in the loops for optimum absorption, as well as polyester fiber in the base for added tensile strength.

There are many other towels that seem to possess the same qualities, however, many of those manufacturers use low-grade, recycled cotton, which might equal in size and weight, but do not possess the characteristics of a good towel as they are rough, dim, short-lived, and lackluster.  Those imports use extremely short-stapled cotton fiber, making their lifespan much shorter.  In fact, some even fall apart after 2 - 3 washes!
