SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are normally shipped via Fedex or UPS Ground or a
trucking company, depending on the cheapest method we can find.

Orders usually within 2 -
7 days of placing
order, assuming in stock. Some made-to-order items may take 2 - 3
weeks to ship.

Please provide Ship-to name, address, and
contact number when placing orders. Please indicate if it's a
business or residential address. Shipping addresses cannot be a PO
Box number.

Shipping costs are determined based on ship-to
destination and shipment weight when shipped.
|
 | Shipping estimates can be provided prior to
shipping, if requested. Estimates may take 1 - 4 days to
determine. Please indicate order amount, ship-to
zip code and whether residential or business address. Please provide a phone number
and/or email address to contact you with the estimate.

 | You are welcome to use your own Fedex or
UPS
Account number with us or your own choice of freight company, if desired.
All shipping charges will then be directly charged to your
account by the shipping company.

Stock status is subject to change. Items not in stock are usually back-ordered,
and substitute offers are made based on the closest in-stock option.
Sometimes, back-ordered items may be shipped directly from its
US manufacturing mill.

PAYMENT DETAILS

If paying by Visa or Master Card, please provide the
credit card number, name,
expiration date and the zip code from your billing address.

All C.O.D. shipments will have an additional
C.O.D. fee added, usually about $ 9.00 per package (as charged by Fedex or
UPS).

For First time orders with Credit Card:
You may see
more than 1 transaction on your statement amounting to the order total, as
shipping may be charged separately. All details will be noted in
invoice sent.

If an order is refused, the customer is
responsible for all shipping charges & 15% restocking fee involved.

Payment on credit is accepted for established
institutions. Approval for credit is based on a
required credit check prior to processing the first order. Credit
limit and terms will be set accordingly. A
Credit Application Form is needed with
the requested information.

Checks and
Cashier's Checks payable to D. P. Textiles are accepted. Returned checks are subject
to a $ 25.00 surcharge.

 | BULK ORDERS requesting C.O.D.: ONLY

A Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added for all orders in
the state of Texas (TX) only.

 | For customized product sales: An
advance payment of at least 50% (or more, depending on item) is
required prior to order processing. All such sales are final and cannot be returned.
